CONFERENCE LOCATION

The conference will take place at the Mirabello Beach and Village Hotel, 2 kilometres from the town of Agios Nikolaos on the island of Crete. 

      SINGLE ROOM   €100

      DOUBLE ROOM €110

      SHARING A TWIN ROOM WITH ANOTHER PARTICIPANT €55  

Hotel room cost is per night and includes breakfast and dinner.  Rooms will only be guaranteed if the reservation is received before the deadline of 15 March 2010.  Any reservations after this date will be on request basis only.

Sharing is possible; please indicate at time of registering.

Cancellation Policy: If notification of cancellation is received after 30 April 2010, a refund less 2 night’s room cost will be issued following the conference.

Non Show Policy:  For non shows at the hotel, the full cost of the reservation will be charged.

LOWER-PRICED ACCOMMODATION

Participants who prefer lower-priced accommodation may contact the following hotels directly for bookings. In order to gain the prices mentioned, please quote "HTRA-IV meeting, 5-7 May, Mirabello hotel" on the hotel's reservation form.

Double room with breakfast (2 persons): 75 euro per day (per room)

Option for bookings: 20 April 2010
If reservation is cancelled at least 5 days before the arrival date, there is no cancellation fee.
If reservation is cancelled less than 5 days before the arrival date, the hotel charges for the first night's accommodation.
